To support growth, we are seeking an M&A Integration Project Manager who will take ownership of post-deal integration projects and lead the enterprise steps transition to newly aligned operating models. The Role
As M&A Integration Project & Change Manager, you will work within the corporate development team and be a driving force behind successful business integrations, ensuring smooth transitions across all function roadmaps. You will lead execute to new operating models, manage cross-functional change and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable value. This role is central to the growth journey ensuring that acquired businesses are aligned, people are supported, and clients experience continuity of service throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end M&A integration projects, ensuring acquired businesses are embedded smoothly into the group.
- Define, document, and deliver the AS-IS and TO-BE operating models across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Commercial functions.
- Partner with functional leaders to identify, prioritise, and deliver integration tasks and dependencies.
- Drive change management initiatives that support employees through transition and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track, report, and mitigate risks to ensure operational continuity and value capture.
- Monitor integration KPIs and ensure synergies are realised and sustained.

- Proven experience in M&A integration project management, Post deal business transformation, or change management within professional services, consulting, or acquisitive corporate environments.
- Strong background in business project change management, operating model change and transition management.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and influencing skills, with experience working across multiple functions.
- Strong project and programme management capability, with an ability to deliver at pace in mid-complex environments.
- Commercially astute, outcome-focused, and highly collaborative.
