Talensa are working exclusively with a well-established ambitious International bank who are on a mission to transform their banking proposition, advance digital banking capability, create new services and engender customer-centric experiences across the markets they serve.
This Product Leader position is looking for an experienced Retail Banking Product Lead or Head of Retail Banking Products to play a vital role in launching and growing their new digital retail bank proposition and product suite.
Reports to and works closely with one of the most prolific retail banking leaders in the industry ensuring that strategic steer, working alongside CRM and Marketing leads you will be the Retail banking product specialist developing and implementing the product roadmap to meet customer needs and expand services across their target markets.
Requiring proven experience in commercial management for retail banking products including pricing, CX journey, acquisition, retention, performance data metrics and feedback loops that facilitate customer strategy and drive growth metrics. Champion customer-centricity across the bank to embed the voice of the customer in key initiatives.
Key Skills & Expertise Required:
- Proven track record successfully launching / developing everyday retail / digital banking products such as Banking Current Accounts, Deposit Accounts, Savings, ISAs, Personal Loans and Credit Products.
- Experienced owning commercial product management - pricing, proposition optimisation and customer journey (CX).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and proactive collaboration skills able to work cross-functionally and lead on key initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Financial services or related / equivalent field.
- Professional certifications related in Product Management, CX, Digital, Banking.
