Responsibilities
- This is a hands‑on technical role, reporting directly to the CIO.
- You will take full responsibility of IT Operations – service desk and walk‑ups, Info Sec maturity, Data Privacy and all associated day‑to‑day tasks.
- Support and drive the build and delivery of our MS Co‑pilot and AI strategy.
- Based in our London office, work closely with vendors and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and uptime of IT services.
- Exercise influence on the business and strategic direction of IT and embed new technology that can effectively optimise business operations and Sales delivery.
- This role has future progression to Head of IT for the right candidate.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years experience in a similar IT Ops / business systems role, within a Sales, Recruitment or high‑touch services (Hospitality, Travel, B2B) or professional services environment – international scope preferred.
- Service Desk / Operational background with a technical hands‑on approach.
- Extensive technical experience in the Microsoft 365 stack and managing Windows Endpoints.
- Experience running IT Operations within fast‑growing international businesses.
- Accountable for Info Sec and Data Protection.
- Degree preferred (ideally business or technology related).
- Desired ITIL v3 or v4 certifications.
- Desired Microsoft technical certifications.
- Passion for technology and delivering world‑class service.
- Business awareness, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent planning and interpersonal skills.
- High personal standards and goal‑oriented.
- Ability to handle and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
