We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Delivery Agent to join our fast-growth FinTech client in Cardiff to help elevate the customer experience to new heights on a new service being established.
We are looking for somebody who has worked in a contact centre/service delivery environment, taking inbound and outbound calls, creating new service tickets, collating and analysing documents and then preparing reports. You should be confident in your ability to be part of a team setting up a new service which comes with exciting career prospects for the right person.
Our client would like previous experience in banking, financial services, or the insurance industry working as part of a service-based business. You will be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of various services, by providing on-the-ground support. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and analytical skills to drive service quality and customer satisfaction.
Experience required:
- Proven experience in a service delivery environment, demonstrating exceptional customer experience skills.
- Proven track record of managing customer expectations and resolving issues effectively.
- Service payment processing and chasing. Have implemented process improvements that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for common technical issues within service delivery.
- Ability to communicate fluently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
You will also be required to manage the service processes end-to-end, often against tight deadlines and have previous experience in financial services, banking, or a similar sector.
