We are hiring an Infrastructure Leader (hands on) to shape the evolution of our tech estate, from hybrid to multi-cloud, from legacy to automated, from reactive to resilient. A hands-on leadership role combining cloud strategy, platform engineering, operational excellence and people leadership. Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for:
- Optimising a hybrid data centre and multi-cloud environment (AWS + Azure)
- Driving platform reliability, automation, observability, incident response
- Leading identity, network, infrastructure, and enterprise tooling at scale
- Evolving infrastructure through DevOps, SRE and cloud-native practices
- Managing risk, compliance, and business continuity for a platform serving millions
- Leading a strong team of engineers across Cloud, Infrastructure & Tech Ops
An overview of the Tech Landscape:
- Cloud: AWS (Core), Azure
- Core Tech: Active Directory, Intune, Exchange, Windows Server, IIS, PowerShell
- Ops & Tooling: Monitoring, Automation (Terraform / scripting), Observability
- Security & Governance: Identity, Access, Compliance, Vulnerability Management
- Enterprise Platforms: O365, SaaS, Networking, Endpoint Management
