*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee a housing and apartments project in Gosport. *Experience with Heritage Works is Essential* The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of site operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. *PLEASE CALL JOHN: 07783429338* *Duties* * Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. * Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to senior management. * Implement effective time management strategies to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality. * Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. * Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, incident reports, and progress updates. * Background in new build housing/Apartments. *Qualifications* * Proven 5 years experience in site management or a similar role within the construction industry. * SMSTS/Black CSCS * Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control measures. * Proficiency in time management with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
