Position Overview

Clean Water Network Planner/Scheduler based at our Horspath depot, responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating repair and proving work across the network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book and manage jobs with customers, raising repair work orders.
  • Generate and maintain detailed plans to enable works to be undertaken accurately and safely.
  • Coordinate the planning team and liaise with housing associations, councils and landlords to resolve leaks quickly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
  • Track service level agreements and produce daily performance reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, handling enquiries and scheduling appointments.
