This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer looking to take ownership of a varied, high-quality caseload and play a key role within a growing and high‑performing team.
You’ll work closely with a broad range of commercial clients, handle interesting and complex matters, and have the support to further develop your expertise in acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development work and secured lending.
You’ll join a department with strong referral networks, established client relationships and opportunities to get involved in business development.

What does the job involve?
- Assisting, conducting and managing various Commercial Property transactions including leases, sales, purchases and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties.
- Drafting reviewing, amending and issuing legal documentation including various transaction reports to clients and professional lenders.
- Developing a good working knowledge of the case management system whilst working efficiently, effectively and professionally.
- Supporting colleagues within the department as well as liaising with existing and new clients.
What you need?
- Qualified Solicitor with approx. 1–3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters from instruction to completion
- Excellent client-care focus and communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, organised and motivated to develop your career
- Good knowledge of the local commercial property market
