Talbots Law is entering an exciting phase of growth across our Northern region, and we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join us as a Regional Director. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape regional strategy, drive performance, and inspire teams across multiple offices. You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding our commercial property offering, while ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional client service. You’ll be joining a thriving and well-established team with a strong market presence across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.   • Leading and inspiring Commercial Property teams across the region, ensuring operational excellence and consistently high-quality client service.
  • Driving regional performance and making strategic decisions in partnership with the Head of Department, including deputising where required.
  • Providing expert oversight on complex commercial property transactions, offering technical guidance and supporting key decision-making.
  • Accelerating growth by building strong networks, developing client relationships and actively contributing to new business initiatives.
  • Ensuring robust compliance, risk management and the consistent application of best practice across all regional teams.

What do you need?

  • Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience across a broad range of Commercial Property transactions and related matters.
  • Demonstrable technical expertise covering the full spectrum of commercial real estate work.
  • Proven experience in leading teams or managing a regional operation, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Excellent communication, drafting and problem-solving skills.
