Talbots Law is entering an exciting phase of growth across our Northern region, and we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join us as a Regional Director. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape regional strategy, drive performance, and inspire teams across multiple offices. - Leading and inspiring Commercial Property teams across the region, ensuring operational excellence and consistently high-quality client service.
- Driving regional performance and making strategic decisions in partnership with the Head of Department, including deputising where required.
- Providing expert oversight on complex commercial property transactions, offering technical guidance and supporting key decision-making.
- Accelerating growth by building strong networks, developing client relationships and actively contributing to new business initiatives.
- Ensuring robust compliance, risk management and the consistent application of best practice across all regional teams.
