We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Solicitor to join Talbots as a Senior Associate within our growing Corporate & Commercial Team, based from our Stourbridge, Wolverhampton, Worcester or Stoke office.
This is an attractive opportunity for an experienced lawyer with 5+ years' PQE to take a leading role in a well-established and highly regarded team, advising a diverse portfolio of clients including limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, directors and shareholders.
You'll work on a broad range of high-quality corporate and commercial matters, from business sales, mergers and acquisitions, and company restructures through to complex commercial contracts and strategic business advisory work.
We're looking for a driven, personable and commercially aware professional who enjoys building trusted client relationships and helping businesses achieve their goals.
In return, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers on rewarding, high-value matters while playing a key role in the continued growth of the department.
What makes this opportunity different is the platform you'll be joining.

This provides a genuine opportunity to focus on developing client relationships, delivering excellent legal advice and growing your own practice with the backing of an ambitious and well-connected firm.
For the right individual, this role offers a clear pathway to Director level, providing the opportunity to take on greater leadership responsibilities, influence the strategic direction of the team and build a long-term career within one of the region's most progressive employee-owned law firms.
You'll be joining at a key stage of the team's growth, with a genuine opportunity to help shape its future direction and success.
