We’re looking for an inspiring leader to take the reins of our Market Drayton Residential Property team made up of a thriving group of Conveyancers, Paralegals and Assistants who are ready for someone to guide their next chapter. What does the job involve?
- As Head of Market Drayton Property Team, you’ll be at the heart of our Residential Conveyancing team:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a talented team of Conveyancers, Paralegals, and Assistants
- Manage a diverse caseload from instruction to post-completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and more
- Build strong relationships with clients and introducers, acting as the first point of contact for your team’s network
- Ensure smooth team operations - staffing, file allocation, training, and compliance
- Drive team performance and client care while fostering professional growth across the department
What you need?
- 5+ years of qualified experience (or equivalent) in Residential Conveyancing
- Proven people leadership skills - mentoring, training, and managing teams
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and processes
- A proactive, organised, and client-focused approach
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
