Are you passionate about people, career development, and making a real impact in a values-led, employee-owned law firm? Talbots Law is looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our growing Human Resources Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping our people strategy while enjoying the benefits of working in one of the West Midlands’ most progressive firms.

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the HR and recruitment function and processes in line with the Company’s overall strategic aims and objectives. You will identify HR priorities and recommend appropriate people management solutions which support business aims, in addition to providing an exceptional, customer-focused HR service.

Today, we operate across 18 offices in the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire and Worcestershire, delivering expert legal services to individuals, families and businesses. We deliver legal services in conveyancing, wills and probate, and family law, through to commercial law, employment, litigation and more.
