Talbots is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a dynamic and personable Private Family Solicitor to work within our expanding team. If you’re a qualified Solicitor with at least two years of post‑qualification experience, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
In this role, you’ll work within the Family Law Department dealing predominantly with Domestic Violence, Private Children and Finances work. You will provide family law advice to clients, handling matters from initially instruction through to completion, working closely with your clients every step of the way. This is a unique role in the way that you will be handling private family matters, however these will be funded through Legal Aid. This role will be based initially in our Dudley office, however, after successful integration into the team we can consider bases in other offices.
