Talbots Law is recruiting an ambitious Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE to join the Corporate & Commercial Team across our Stourbridge, Wolverhampton or Worcester offices. You will advise a diverse client base including companies, sole traders, partnerships, directors and shareholders on a broad range of corporate matters.
You will work on business sales and acquisitions, restructures, shareholder matters, and commercial contracts, supported by experienced colleagues to develop your technical skills.
