We are looking for a proactive individual to join Talbots as a Director for our Corporate & Commercial Team, with at least 8 years’ experience of managing a full caseload of company commercial work for sole traders, partners, directors and shareholders.

Advising individuals and business clients on a full range of general commercial agreements which will include: terms of business; supply agreements, distribution agreements, service agreements, asset and share purchase agreements, franchise agreements, shareholder, LLP and partnership agreements.
Ensure compliance with SRA, Lexcel, Law Society Quality Scheme standards, SARs and accounting requirements.
To have at least 8 years qualified experience as either a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive within corporate and commercial, managing own caseload across a variety of matters. High level of attention to detail, excellent planning and organisation skills, confident with working to deadlines.
