Director – Commercial Property West Midlands Full-time, permanent opportunity We are looking for a proficient individual to join Talbots as Commercial Property Director. As Director within Commercial Property, you will be expected to offer advice on Commercial Property transactions and providing support to Corporate & Commercial colleagues in the sale and purchases of businesses operating from commercial premises. Assisting, conducting and managing various Commercial Property transactions including leases, sales, purchases and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties. Drafting reviewing, amending and issuing legal documentation including various transaction reports to clients and professional lenders. To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in Commercial Property.
