We are looking for a proficient individual to join Talbots as Commercial Property Lawyer. To be successful, you will have a minimum of 3 years qualified experience.
As Lawyer within Commercial Property, you will be expected to offer advice on Commercial Property transactions and providing support to Corporate & Commercial colleagues in the sale and purchases of businesses operating from commercial premises.

What the job involves;
- Assisting, conducting and managing various Commercial Property transactions including leases, sales, purchases and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties.
- Drafting reviewing, amending and issuing legal documentation including various transaction reports to clients and professional lenders.
- Developing a good working knowledge of the case management system whilst working efficiently, effectively and professionally.
- Supporting colleagues within the department as well as liaising with existing and new clients.
What you need:
- To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in Commercial Property.
- Have an excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, including a proven track-record of the Conveyancing processes.
- Be detail-driven, have excellent communication skills and be a motivated & organised team-player.
