Talbot House Community Centre is seeking a Maintenance Technician reporting to the HR Manager.
You will join a small three‑person Maintenance Team responsible for keeping the premises to an exceptionally high standard, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and ensuring full compliance with health, safety policies and procedures.
The role supports a safe environment for staff, pupils, young people and visitors. Occasionally you may participate in larger projects.
