This role would suit someone who enjoys running their own files, building strong client relationships, and being part of a team that values collaboration.
The role
You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
- Leasehold matters
- General residential conveyancing transactions
You’ll be expected to provide clear, practical advice to clients, work closely with agents, lenders and other solicitors, and help keep matters progressing smoothly and efficiently.
What we’re looking for
We’re open-minded on background, but ideally you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or experienced fee earner handling residential conveyancing matters
- Have solid experience managing a residential property caseload
- Be confident dealing directly with clients and third parties
- Have a practical, commercial and solutions-focused approach
- Be organised, reliable and comfortable working with a good degree of autonomy
- Be someone who enjoys being part of a friendly team
Any experience in commercial property work would be helpful, but it’s not a requirement.
What we offer
- Salary of £40,000–£60,000 DOE
- No targets
- A genuinely friendly and supportive working environment
- A firm that values quality of work and client service over box-ticking
- Flexibility and trust
