How you will create an impact

Reporting to the Specialty Claims Manager, with responsibility for managing all aspects of the claims adjudication process, providing management and clients with an efficient and effective claims service.

The Specialty Claims Team manage claims concerning the following Direct, Facultative Reinsurance, Excess of Loss and Proportional Treaty classes:

  • Cyber
  • Crisis Management (Product Recall)
  • Accident and Health
  • What you’ll need to succeed
  • Experience in handling direct and facultative reinsurance claims in Financial Lines (FI, PI, D&O)
  • Understanding of the London Market regulatory environment and implications for Talbot and its clients.
  • Knowledge of market claims systems, e. g., ECF2, DOCOsoft would be an advantage.
  • Dispute resolution skills.
  • Relationship building internally and externally.
  • Ability to identify trends and understand how these may affect Claims and the Syndicate more broadly.
