About the Role
Talbot House Children’s Charity are looking to recruit an additional Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role reports to the HR Manager and forms part of a team of three Maintenance Technicians.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Charity’s internal and external premises to an exceptionally high standard.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to a safe, well-maintained, and fully functional environment for all staff, pupils, young people, and visitors.
- Support larger scale projects as required, in addition to hands-on maintenance tasks.
Working Hours & Salary
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (40 hours per week).
- Salary: £30,458.91 per annum.
