Key Responsibilities
- Independently complete topographical and measured building surveys of all sizes and complexities.
- Process and deliver survey data to a high standard using CAD and other industry software.
- Lead or contribute to multi-disciplined survey projects, providing guidance to team members.
- Use your knowledge of traversing and GPS control networks effectively onsite.
- Conduct site inspections, dynamic risk assessments, and report safety concerns.
- Share practical knowledge with junior staff to support their development.
About You
- 2β3+ yearsβ experience in surveying (land or measured building).
- Proven ability to work independently on small and large-scale surveys.
- Skilled in processing raw survey data and producing high-quality CAD outputs.
- Practical experience with survey instruments and equipment, including laser scanners.
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
- Passionate about building a long-term career in surveying.
