The Role
We’re looking for a Social Value Lead to shape, deliver, and maximise social impact across a range of programmes and projects. You’ll work with teams, supply chain partners, and local stakeholders to turn strategy into measurable outcomes that benefit communities, skills, and inclusive growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead social value strategy and delivery across projects
- Conduct community needs assessments and identify opportunities
- Build partnerships and leverage funding for collaborative impact
- Manage project plans, budgets, and resources effectively
- Monitor, measure, and report outcomes using tools like TOMS and Social Value Portal
- Develop case studies, impact reports, and communications for stakeholders
- Promote a culture of social responsibility internally and across the supply chain
What We’re Looking For
- Experience delivering complex social value projects with budgets
- Skilled in social value strategy, delivery, and measurement
- Competent in social value monetisation tools (e.g., TOMS)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities
- Knowledge of Glasgow’s economic and social landscape
- Experience in large or complex organisations
- Must be able to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance
