We’re on the lookout for a Night Porter to join our team! Make a difference to the moments that matter to us and our guests. As the face of our Marston’s Inns after hours, you’ll be solely responsible for running the business overnight. Self‑reliant, you’ll need to enjoy your own company and be resourceful enough to tackle any challenges that arise. But that’s not all, you’ll be on call to support our guests – ensuring their hotel stay is a memorable one.

As Night Porter and part of our wider hotel and pub team you’ll:

  • Work throughout the night, usually between 11pm and 7am
  • Be on call to take care of our guests' needs, over the phone and face to face
  • Be professional and friendly when interacting with guests
  • Be responsible for the safety and security of the pub and hotel guests
  • Complete tasks that set the pub and hotel team up for success the following day
