We’re looking for a content creation specialist to join our fast growing employee-owned business at TALA and Elan. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for producing high-impact content, including video, this is your chance to shape how our clients communicate across automotive, packaging, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, construction and technology.

Location: Oxfordshire (hybrid working available)

Status: Permanent, full-time

In this role, you will develop compelling written, visual and video content for web, social, print, video and live events. You will translate complex propositions into engaging, audience-friendly formats and support integrated communications campaigns across both TALA and Elan clients.

What you will be doing:

  • Create high-quality content tailored to different platforms and audiences
  • Collaborate with account teams to develop and deliver content strategies
  • Developing and managing social media campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram
  • Creating/editing images, using packages such as Adobe Photoshop
  • Ensure all content aligns with client brand guidelines
  • Stay up to date with content trends and digital best practices
  • Edit and proofread for clarity and consistency
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite to track performance
  • Support internal teams with best practices and ad hoc content needs

What we are looking for:

  • Three years industry experience in content creation, videography, photography, copywriting and digital communications
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing campaigns
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to innovate
  • Experience with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite and web CMS platforms
