  • Deliver clear, compelling executive presentations that articulate Duck Creek’s SaaS, cloud‑native, and modular value proposition.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory, competitive, and modernisation trends affecting P&C insurers across the region.

Cross‑Functional Coordination (Dotted‑Line Oversight)

  • Provide strong, unifying leadership for regional non‑sales functions—marketing, delivery, customer success, and operations—ensuring alignment to sales goals and customer outcomes.
  • Partner closely with global product, engineering, marketing, and services leaders to localise strategy and elevate execution quality.
  • Ensure Duck Creek programs and implementations are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

P&L Stewardship & Performance Management

  • Own regional performance metrics spanning pipeline health, bookings, revenue, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.
  • Drive accountability across sales and cross‑functional teams to meet quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Provide regular executive updates on performance, risks, and strategic opportunities.

What You’ve Done

  • 10+ years of senior regional leadership and/or general management experience within enterprise software; P&C insurance core systems or InsurTech background strongly preferred; Reinsurance and London Markets experience.
  • Proven success selling enterprise‑scale P&C core platforms (Policy, Billing, Claims, Rating, Digital) across EMEA, with a strong network in the UK and major European markets.
  • Direct experience selling and managing competitive engagements in the region.
  • Demonstrated ability to win large, complex, multi‑year core system transformation programs, including RFP‑led and competitive replacement deals.
  • Mastery of long‑cycle, consultative enterprise sales involving multi‑stakeholder decision processes, procurement, and board‑level approval.
  • Clear track record of exceeding annual and quarterly sales and bookings targets.
  • Experience building, leading, and scaling enterprise sales organisations across multiple EMEA geographies.
  • Strong ability to position cloud‑first, SaaS architectures against competitor offerings and legacy platforms.
  • Well‑established credibility with C‑suite executives as a trusted advisor on modernisation and digital transformation.
  • Comfortable presenting technical and business‑oriented content to diverse audiences, including steering committees and boards.
  • Highly competitive, results‑driven leader with resilience suited to high‑stakes enterprise pursuits.
  • Strong business, financial, and emotional intelligence, with sound judgment and decision‑making capability.
  • Deep understanding of cloud, SaaS, and modern enterprise architectures.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
