About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Rugby, Warwickshire. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing expert advice on tyre selection, pricing, and availability
- Processing customer orders via phone and email, and ensuring timely deliveries
- Handling returns, collections, and warranty claims
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive experience
- Maintaining accurate records of orders and customer interactions
- Collaborating with sales, finance, and operations teams to enhance service
