Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with designated portfolio businesses, building strong relationships with finance leads and maintaining regular communication.
- Supporting the FP&A team through involvement in the review of forecasts, business plans, and asset valuations across assigned investments.
- Managing quarterly reporting submissions for listed real estate investment entities and associated holding structures.
- Assisting with the preparation of quarterly performance presentations for senior leadership.
Candidate Profile:
- Upper second-class degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.
- Professionally qualified accountant (e.g., ACA or ACCA).
- Advanced Excel capabilities and strong PowerPoint proficiency.
- Highly organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
