Responsibilities of a F&B Supervisor:
- Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers
- Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines
- Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly
- Supporting with the management of the day-to-day departmental and staffing needs, planning and assigning work and contributing to setting performance and development goals for team members
- Ensuring the team deliver on quality and guest satisfaction goals - making sure you all maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
The experience & qualifications required are:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory position, ideally a restaurant setting/operation
- Attentive, professional customer service skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team
- Experience of processing payments and end of shift banking (ideally using Micros) would be advantageous
- As the position covers breakfast, M&E functions or dinner service, the right candidate would need to be available for a variety of shifts over mornings and evenings, sometimes into the early hours
