We are searching for a "Showman" CEO to lead itoms, a decentralized communication platform built on a singular principle: Brands must own their content and their audience directly—with zero ads and zero noise.

The Role & Roadmap
As the initial Founder/CEO, you will lead the venture through $1M Pre-Seed and $3M Seed rounds. Initially, you will be responsible for all business operations and investor outreach, supported by the Creamos creative agency for strategy and product. Post-funding, you will lead the scouting for a CMO and CPO to round out your executive team.
The Package
Initial Equity: You start with 50% equity (shared equally with the studio). Your stake will dilute equally with ours as we scale, with a target final stake of 25% post-Seed.
Shared Wealth: A 10% ESOP is reserved for your future team (9%) and advisors (1%).
Salary Progression: Starting at a £25,000 stipend, rising to ~£50,000 post-Pre-Seed and ~£100,000 post-Seed.
Vesting: 1-year cliff and a 6-year vesting period, ensuring long-term alignment with our exit expectations.
