Overview

In this role you will drive revenue impact for a regional market as the senior marketing partner to regional sales. You’ll translate BU plans into a regional view, manage pipeline and MQL-to-SAL conversion, and lead a team of Campaign Planners. You’ll collaborate across Content, Growth, and Sales to align priorities and resources, while upholding global Revenue Marketing standards. You’ll shape regional marketing strategy and governance to support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own regional pipeline, coverage, MOL-to-SAL conversion, and revenue contribution with Sales
  • Aggregate monthly Campaign Planner plans into a regional view and resolve capacity gaps
  • Arbitrate resource conflicts between Campaign Planners or escalate when needed
  • Act as senior marketing partner to regional Sales leadership
  • Collaborate with regional leaders on segments, ICPs, priorities, and expected marketing contribution
  • Represent marketing in regional commercial governance and align with regional strategy
  • Manage, coach, and develop Campaign Planners; recruit and onboard as needed
  • Oversee regional marketing budget and partner budgets; align investments with priorities
  • Implement the global Revenue Marketing operating model in-region and feed insights back to Head, Global Revenue Marketing
  • Represent the region in global rituals with Content, Brand, and Growth leadership

Key requirements

  • 8 to 10 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing leadership
  • Experience managing and coaching marketing teams in planning-and-orchestration models
  • Senior business partnering with regional Sales leadership (credible counterpart to a regional CCO)
  • Strong GTM planning, segmentation, positioning, and field activation orchestration
  • Data-driven mindset to read and challenge pipeline, conversion, and revenue contribution
  • Ability to arbitrate, prioritize, and escalate in a multi-BU, multi-team context
  • Awareness of information, quality, environmental and energy management systems (as part of onboarding)
