Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-profile investment banking programme focused on delivering a fully automated, end-to-end client onboarding portal. This strategic initiative will transform how clients access products and services, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and high-quality onboarding experience. Based in London and working closely with an international team, the Business Analyst will play a critical role in shaping the roadmap, aligning diverse stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery from concept through go-live and post-production support.
Main Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the end-to-end business analysis roadmap for the automated client onboarding portal.
- Engage with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including:
- Developers and solution architects
- Traders and front-office teams
- Heads of FX, Commodities, Governance, Risk, Compliance, Security, and Regulatory teams
- UX/UI designers, QA, and testing teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services, ideally in e-trading & FX Investment Banking.
- Strong understanding of client onboarding, KYC, AML, regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working on digital platforms, automation, or client-facing portals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments at varying levels of seniority.
- Excellent documentation skills (business requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
- Experience working with international or distributed teams.
