We are seeking a skilled Dynamics365 Consultant with expertise across both CRM and ERP modules to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be instrumental in supporting clients with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that span Customer Engagement (CRM) and Finance & Operations (ERP) and will help build internal capabilities in these areas.
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Proven experience of configuring and customising D365 CRM: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing.
- D365 ERP: Finance, Supply Chain Management, Project Operations.
- Experience of using Dataverse, Power Platform.
- Led end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP modules.
- Be able to develop process flows, forms, dashboards, and integrations with other systems.
- Technical expertise in CRM and ERP architecture, data modelling, and system design.
- Participated in presales activities including demos, proposals, and proof of concepts.
- Be able to conduct training sessions and mentor other consultants.
Ideally you will also have:
- Practical working knowledge in SQL and relational databases.
- Working familiarity with a variety of cloud-based data platforms such as Azure and Fabric.
- Multi-skilled experience of one or more of the following disciplines: Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, Data Quality, Data Integration, Data Analytics, Data Visualisation, Data Science and Business Intelligence.
- Cross and multi-platform experience.
- A proactive awareness of industry standards, regulations, and developments.
- Experience of working with Agile and Traditional project methodologies.
You must be:
- Willing to work on client sites, potentially for extended periods.
- Willing to travel for work purposes and be happy to stay away from home for extended periods.
- Eligible to work in the UK without restriction.
