Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Deliver strategic programmes of work that drive organisational efficiency, effectiveness, cost reduction, and value optimisation.
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure Heads to design insourcing, outsourcing, and smart-sourcing programs in line with the overall IT Strategy for the Group.
- Monitor & track resource usage, task delivery, process performance, and cost control ensuring optimal efficiency and alignment with transformation goals and budget management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a transformation or special projects role.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative transformation measurement techniques.
- Expertise in process improvement frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Direct experience with IT Infrastructure transformation programs.
- Direct experience with engaging, communicating, and managing multiple stakeholders successfully.
- Fully fluent in English and French languages.
- Master’s Degree in IT or Business.
- Project/Program management certification (Agile, PRINCE2).
This role can provide a fully remote option within the UK.
