Talan Consulting UK is seeking a highly motivated IT Front Office (FO) Support Analyst to join our Investment Banking partner within their Global Markets team. This role involves providing critical support for front-office trading desks, including:
- Index Flow
- Emerging Markets
- Commodities
- Equity Financing Flow
- Sales
The successful candidate will work in a demanding, fast-paced environment, supporting proprietary trading, booking, and pricing platforms (both manual and automated), ensuring optimal market connectivity and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain front-office trading applications, including:
- Real-time system settings
- Market access performance tuning
- Computation setup for pricing/trading engines
- Oversee electronic execution matching, deployment of new releases, and bug tracking.
- Act as a bridge between trading desks and development teams, managing feature requests and system enhancements.
- Provide proactive front-office support, ensuring minimal downtime and fast resolution of issues.
