Job Description
The Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and industry-literate professional to take a leading role in delivering the operational, tactical, and strategic outputs of contracts within the Energy & Assurance Services team, part of the Future Markets Business Unit.
Acting as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, this role blends coordination, risk assessment, governance, data analysis, and stakeholder management to support compliance, assurance, and future-facing industry change.
This role can be based anywhere in the UK, and may involve occasional travel to Ireland and Solihull/Birmingham.
Responsibilities
Administrative and Operational
- Organise and coordinate logistics for webinars, including content and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and maintain website content and oversee onboarding processes for new industry code participants.
- Support management of inboxes, triaging queries and responding with assistance from the wider team.
- Update Risk Models with timely and accurate data inputs.
- Draft official correspondence and consultation letters on behalf of clients
- Support with meeting administration, Secretariat and PMO duties for Northern Ireland clients.
Tactical & Strategic Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end process for code modifications, including drafting, stakeholder engagement, and workgroup facilitation.
- Draft and maintain Local Working Instructions (LWIs) for the administration of industry codes.
- Develop knowledge around the development and application of automation and AI technologies and best practices to improve delivery practices and efficiency in our contracts across the team
- Represent the organisation in industry forums and networks, developing new client relationships.
- Track and chase deliverables linked to committee decisions and outputs.
- Deliver external webinars and presentations to support stakeholder understanding of our activities.

Requirements
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects.
- Confident communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement, including regulators, industry groups, and service providers.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and able to analyse and present industry data clearly.
- Comfortable drafting formal governance documentation and reporting.
- Able to balance hands-on delivery with strategic planning and process design.
Upon employment, employees should also have a sound awareness of the Company\’s Information, Quality, Environmental and Energy Management Systems.
