Job Description: Social Media Manager

TALA, a rapidly growing women’s athleisure brand founded in 2019 by Grace Beverley, is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our creative team based in Vauxhall, London. As a digital-first company with a strong organic social presence, we aim to expand our community and enhance our brand visibility across key social channels.

Responsibilities

1. Channel Strategy Execution: Manage community engagement and content scheduling on Instagram and TikTok, focusing on follower growth, engagement, reach, and conversions. Knowledge of LinkedIn and Pinterest is a plus.
2. Channel Maintenance: Oversee the health of our social channels through scheduling, content creation, copywriting, and proactive community management. Content scheduling is required every weekend.
3. Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of social media trends and viral content to inform content creation.
4. Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for various channels, including ideation, filming, and editing.
5. Campaign Support: Assist in campaign planning, including shot lists, content capture, and roll-out planning. Occasional on-set presence may be required.
6. Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on social media performance and provide insights through data visualization.
7. Support: Provide ad hoc assistance across the social team, including content creation, copywriting, and editing.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing professional social media accounts.
• Demonstrable contributions to social media growth and aesthetic development.
• Experience creating engaging content from concept to execution.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
• Strong understanding of the brand and customer base.
