As Performance Marketing Coordinator, youll play a key role in delivering TALAs paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms. Youll work closely with the creative team to bring engaging ads to life, help manage campaign implementation, and support the sourcing of new creators for user-generated content.
This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about social media, digital advertising, and creative storytelling, looking to grow a career in performance marketing.
This is a full time role, based at our office in SW London.
Tasks
Day To Day You Will
- Assist in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other channels
- Implement ad account updates and changes based on team guidance.
- Work with other teams to brief, review, and deliver ad assets.
- Help plan and coordinate creative testing across platforms.
- Research and identify new content creators for UGC campaigns.
- Assist with compiling daily and weekly campaign reports.
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements
You Should
- Have a genuine passion for social media, digital marketing and online trends.
- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel (extracting, analysing and presenting data)
- Have strong numerical and reporting skills
- Be eager to learn and grow in performance marketing. Previous experience is a bonus but not essential.
- Have good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team.
