TALA is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to drive standards across our London stores and national openings, reporting to the Head of Retail.
You will be the operational backbone, implementing the Retail Playbook, maintaining standards, and linking stores with HQ.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Logistics, Marketing and People, manage stock, visual standards, and compliance, and support new store openings with hands-on leadership on day one.
