TALA is seeking a Head of Retail to lead its expanding physical store network with a strong sales-driven mindset and customer focus.
You will manage performance, build the Retail Playbook, and guide new store openings while developing store leaders.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will coordinate with HQ, drive budgets and trading plans, and ensure brand standards and customer experience are delivered across all locations.
This is a senior, London-based role with national travel.
