Tala is seeking a Head of Growth in the UK to own all paid routes to new customers. You will set the acquisition strategy, manage the media budget and report on new customer growth, leading a small in-house team and external partners.
You will oversee paid social, search, video, programmatic and affiliates, driving efficiency, testing, and scale across markets including international launches. ££ targets and CAC/ROAS metrics underpin decisions.
