Tala is seeking a commercially sharp, AI-native operator to own Tala's digital B2B channels: Tala Pro, plus Retail and OEM, built to scale from zero to a self-serve model. You will own end-to-end acquisition, lifecycle, and retention across channels, blending automation with human handoffs as customers grow into white-glove service.
You will lead growth strategy, segment and nurture, brief paid media, design on-site conversion improvements, and build reusable content and assets to win over customers.
