About the Role: TALA, known for design-led activewear you’ll feel good in, and good about, has been on a rocket ship since its founding in 2019 by entrepreneur Grace Beverley. Powered by a highly engaged, largely organic social community, we’ve evolved into a digital‑first, multichannel women’s athleisure brand with a sophisticated growth and retention engine. In 2025, we accelerated our physical retail expansion with the opening of two London stores, Carnaby Street and Westfield White City, marking a major step in our long‑term brand and community strategy.

We're looking for a Content Creator to join our team in London. You’ll be a key part of how TALA shows up across social and beyond - ideating, filming, and editing content that's engaging, on-brand, and built to perform. Whether that's a campaign shoot, a BAU video, store‑based content, trends, an event, or something you spotted in the studio that just needs to be captured, you'll have the instinct, the skills, and the drive to make it happen. You will need to be able to show us what you can do content‑wise: your greatest TikTok successes and your most creative (and effective) Instagram reels, carousels and stories.

Tasks

  • Content Creation: Create and deliver social‑first content across campaigns, BAU, events, and any other content moments from ideation through to final edit, across static and video formats. In tandem with the Senior and Junior Content Creators, attend campaign and eCommerce shoots and plan ad hoc filming; generate shot lists from briefs, capture high‑quality content, and edit promptly for multi‑channel use, tailoring assets to each platform while keeping brand identity consistent. Stay agile on non‑shoot days, finding opportunities to capture reactive, product‑focused, or trend‑led content in the studio and around the office. Appear on camera confidently, whether that’s product explainers, try‑ons, or talking directly to our audience. Write compelling, customer‑facing copy to accompany content across our social channels. Support production logistics as needed, steaming, prepping, and packing products for in‑house shoots.
  • Trends & Insights: Stay across the latest social‑first trends, tools, and best practices to keep TALA's content sharp and ahead of the curve, jumping on formats and themes that will amplify our customer reach and engagement. Contribute to weekly and quarterly reporting on content performance to help drive improvements in engagement, reach, and growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional content creation experience, ideally in fashion, active, or lifestyle.
  • End‑to‑end content skills — from ideation and filming to editing — across both static and video formats for Instagram and TikTok (other platforms a plus).
  • Confidence in front of and behind the camera, including directing and shooting talent.
  • Strong proficiency in video editing software — Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut Pro, or similar. You’ll probably know your way around Canva too.
  • A sharp aesthetic eye, strong trend awareness, and the ability to adapt content for different channels and formats.
  • Comfort in a fast‑paced start‑up environment: resourceful, organised, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for content.
