Key role within a small dynamic marketing team, supporting regional marketing campaigns and initiatives across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Own specific client channels and regions, including website, events, PR, email collateral and content.
  • Plan, execute and analyze capital‑raising campaigns, measuring ROI and optimizing marketing channels.
  • Coordinate and support firm participation, sponsorship and engagement in industry events.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create and update investor marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, factsheets, emails and website content.
  • Lead quarterly presentation updates with investment and fund teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Lead Salesforce initiatives across EMEA and Asia, optimizing campaign management, reporting, dashboards and contact quality.
  • Support regional campaigns and event communications via email marketing, ideally with Pardot or HTML‑based platforms.
  • Manage the LinkedIn calendar for EMEA & Asia, tracking competitor campaigns and industry trends.
  • Plan, deliver and report on email campaigns, monitor budgets, process invoices and ensure internal procedures are followed.
  • Define clear KPIs for all campaigns and report outcomes.
  • Identify industry awards, lead submission preparation and promote successes internally and externally.
  • Research competitor campaigns and web activity to recommend improvements and new ideas.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 7 to 10+ years of financial services marketing experience, ideally with a global or international focus.
  • Strong experience in data management and presentation updates.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, InDesign, Adobe Suite and WordPress.
  • Experience working in a highly professional, collaborative team, often under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and articulate communication.
  • Proactive, creative and enthusiastic mindset, able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Positive, team‑oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to a small, closely‑knitted team.

Benefits & Work Environment

Hybrid working environment with four days in‑office per week. For positions in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Working English proficiency is also required to serve our offices and clients worldwide.
