Mid‑Level SAP Finance Manager – Fiera Capital
Responsibilities Provide expertise in SAP modules including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), Group Reporting and SAP analytics.
Perform SAP system configuration and customization to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and maintain SAP solutions.
Analyze and troubleshoot SAP‑related issues, providing timely resolutions.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with end‑users to understand their needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Stay updated on SAP advancements and industry best practices to recommend process improvements.
Prepare and present financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Partner with front‑office businesses or functional areas to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and/or controls.
Provide controllership support as needed.
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Specialist (S/4HANA Cloud), with a focus on SAP Group reporting, SAP FICO, SAC Cloud and SAP Concur.
Proficiency in SAP configuration, implementation, and support.
Strong understanding of SAP integration with other systems and applications.
Strong understanding of Financial Reporting and Consolidations.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
For Montreal: excellent communication skills in French and English, both spoken and written.
For Toronto and Laval: excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); in Quebec locations, proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Professional SAP certification is preferred but not required.
Location & Work Environment Hybrid work environment – 4 days in office per week. Locations: Montreal, Toronto, Laval.
