What you’ll do

  • You will head the holding company sales team and report to Rob Linton, leading all holding company revenue and partnership efforts in the UK.
  • Sales team leader – coach, train and inspire the team, cultivating a high‑energy sales environment that over‑delivers for clients and aligns with UK business priorities.
  • Strategic growth driver – partner on commercial strategy, lead execution of integrated omnichannel growth and manage service selling, and spearhead pitches that showcase our award‑winning product suite, including Sigma.
  • Stakeholder & partnership builder – build and deepen relationships with senior holding company personnel and agency client leads, positioning MiQ as the preferred managed service partner in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing sales team, creating a culture of ambition and tenacity to beat UK strategic and revenue targets.
  • Provide clear direction on where to play and how to win across holding companies, ensuring disciplined pipeline, forecasting and account planning.
  • Own quarterly account planning and stakeholder mapping, coaching the team to channel efforts effectively.
  • Champion pitch and positioning training, empowering the team to win new and existing products.
  • Drive UK holding company commercial growth by adapting strategy to evolving needs and ensuring our omnichannel product offerings meet those needs.
  • Leverage Sigma, our AI and technology platform, to strengthen partnerships and enhance the value we deliver.
  • Represent MiQ in the holding company community, collaborating with marketing and product marketing to produce thought leadership and event content.
  • Act as a key member of the UK Operating Board, defining and delivering UK strategic priorities across commercial, product, AI and marketing.
  • Collaborate with global commercial and product marketing teams to share expertise and deliver UK‑centric opportunities.
  • Provide input into interview and hiring processes for UK talent across departments.

What you’ll bring

  • Significant experience in omnichannel managed service sales, successfully selling to senior holding company stakeholders and agency client leads.
  • Deep understanding of full‑funnel, omnichannel monetisation across CTV, YouTube, high‑impact display, DOOH, audio, native and social channels.
  • Track record of building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and agency client leads.
  • A strategic and commercial mindset that identifies incremental share opportunities and translates them into concrete sales plans.
  • A people‑first leadership style, motivating the team toward collective goals and developing others.
  • A curiosity about AI, eager to experiment and embed AI‑driven ways of working across teams.
  • An ambition‑driven mindset focused on taking MiQ UK through its next defining chapter.
