As we continue to scale Sigma, we are now seeking a seasoned solutions engineer to join our Sigma enterprise team and help deliver on our customisation capabilities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering Results: Project Management
    • Develop and manage custom project plans, assessing client needs to uncover requirements and translate them into delivery plans.
    • Deliver high‑quality outputs on time, within budget and scope.
    • Manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities effectively across time zones and stakeholder locations.
    • Maintain technical and client‑friendly documentation of delivered solutions.
  • Leading & Guiding: Communications and Strategy
    • Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills across stakeholders, departments and partners.
    • Own client onboarding, training and solution scaling to support rollout success.
    • Collaborate with central global product and commercial teams to develop POCs and iterate on project delivery.
  • Drive Technical Expertise and Innovation
    • Translate technical requirements into a project delivery plan in collaboration with developers, data scientists, product and design teams.
    • Leverage emerging technologies and industry changes to elevate future‑proof components of the solution.
  • Human‑Centred Design
    • Collaborate closely with the experience design team to maintain inclusive, high‑quality design and excellent user experience.

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technology development experience, preferably in an agency, brand or buy‑side product management role.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the programmatic landscape, data and technology that underpin it.
  • Experience working with global commercial markets.
  • ‘Fail fast, learn’ mentality when experimenting with new concepts and industry opportunities.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritise projects and tasks simultaneously and to completion.
  • Alignment with MiQ's core values and a can‑do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm.
