TAL Agency is a fast-growing, data-driven search agency based in Bolton.

We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to join our team as a result of continued agency growth.

This is a remote first role - one day a week in our Bolton office, four days remote.

This role is perfect for someone with a solid understanding of paid media, who wants to grow their skills across both PPC and paid social campaigns, whilst supporting the wider team with campaign management and creative asset creation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assist in planning, executing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other platforms.
  • Support reporting and analysis of campaign performance, highlighting insights to help improve results.
  • Help create and test ad assets, including images and graphics, using tools like Canva.
  • Work closely with the Paid Media team to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates and best practices.
  • Communicate with clients when needed, supporting the team in calls or presentations.

What would make the ideal candidate?

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (PPC, paid social, or both).
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Linked In, etc.).
  • Good reporting and analytical skills, comfortable using Google Analytics or other tools.
  • Experience creating simple ad assets (e. g. ad creatives, banners, graphics) using Canva or similar tools.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn across multiple platforms.
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude - happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
  • A team player who communicates well and enjoys collaborating.
  • Comfortable taking direction from senior team members, but also confident to suggest ideas when appropriate.
