As a result of continued agency growth and ambitious expansion plans, we are looking for a Growth Manager to join our team. This is a remote-first role, with 1–2 days per week spent collaborating with the team in our Bolton office.
As Growth Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving business growth by converting strategic opportunities, strengthening our agency’s market presence, and supporting the development of our sales pipeline. You’ll own the end‑to‑end sales journey—from prospecting through to closing—and be the bridge between marketing, delivery, and leadership to help shape how we sell in high‑impact digital work.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development and Sales
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales activity and strategic relationship building.
- Build, manage, and consistently progress a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders across target accounts.
- Lead discovery meetings, sales presentations, and proposal discussions with prospective clients.
- Identify client challenges and position agency services as commercial solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets, pipeline KPIs, and revenue objectives.
- Lead Generation and Pipeline Management
- Source and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Manage inbound enquiries, assess opportunity fit, and convert qualified leads into active sales opportunities.
- Own and maintain CRM accuracy, ensuring all opportunities, forecasts, and sales activities are up to date.
- Drive consistent follow‑up activity to maximise conversion rates and ensure no opportunities are lost.
- Build and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate meetings with senior decision‑makers.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and provide regular reporting on sales performance, opportunity progression, and revenue projections.

- 3+ years in a B2B sales (ideally agency), or professional services sales or growth role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Remote first working; 1 day in Bolton office, 4 days at home.
