Taktile is building the world's leading Agentic Decisioning Platform for Financial Services. Our customers use our product to automate millions of critical decisions across lending, anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, and many other use cases. At the core of many of these decisions lies our Decision Engine. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and evolving this critical part of the Taktile platform. You will work closely with engineering to balance the demands of a rapidly growing customer base and collaborate with design to define what data-driven workflow authoring should look like in an agent-first world.
What You’ll Do
- Own the strategy and long-term success for a critical pillar of the Taktile platform.
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape and opportunities for differentiation, collaborating with customer-facing teams.
- Translate customer insights into well-thought-out product requirements.
- Define a compelling long-term vision for your product area and prioritize the product roadmap necessary to reach this vision.
- Balance innovation with a high reliability bar.
- Track product performance through metrics and user feedback, identifying opportunities for iteration.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of work experience in Product Management, ideally with some financial services and B2B SaaS experience.
- Familiarity with data-oriented and highly technical products, and an appetite to deepen your technical understanding.
- Experience in building critical, high-availability systems is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build trust and influence decisions across functions.
- Track record of delivering lasting customer impact through shipping well-thought-out product improvements.
- Aptitude and appetite for using data to inform your decision-making. Basic SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
- Hands-on, curious, and willing to challenge yourself and grow your scope of responsibilities over time.
